Sourcing Compliance Manager Job in Warsaw, IN

This person will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and monitoring of programs and policies to improve and assure compliance with Regulatory/Quality, Financial and Legal requirements for Strategic Sourcing in conjunction with the Director of Strategic Sourcing. I am seeking someone who has at least a 4 yr degree in Business or related field, plus at least 5 yrs of advanced sourcing experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with QSR 21 CFR 820. Medical device or pharmaceutical experience will be highly preferred, although automotive or aerospace experience may be considered. A CPM and/or 6 Sigma Green or Black Belt would be a plus as well.
